1.  What type of group and camp am I aiming at running?

2.  Where are my members at spiritually?
   a. What percentage are Christians and what are not yet Christians?
  b. Are they spiritually interested or uninterested?
  c. Do they have good Bible knowledge?
  d. Do they have regular quiet times? How often?
  e. Are they living a Christian lifestyle?
  f.  What are the relationships like in the group?
 

3.  What are my goals and how will this camp help me to achieve them?
 

4.  What am I  hoping to achieve through the camp?
 

5.  Will I be able to measure change? If so, how?
